During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I knew that I needed to broaden my understanding of the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of mental health conditions. I have recently completed the Certificate in Leadership and Management.  As a Director at a hospital, I found the content directly related to my day to day work and I was able to add skills learned to my practice.  The online modules were easy to access and easy to follow along.  The work load was manageable and course instructors were easily accessible.  The certificate is a great way to build your portfolio, increase your awareness and competence and continue your journey of learning.
