Accommodations
Inclusivity and accessibility of the BScN program are priority aims of the Faculty. Students who have a disability/health consideration that may require academic and/or clinical accommodations should contact the Accessibility Services Office as soon as possible. The St. George Campus Accessibility Services staff (455 Spadina Avenue, 4th Floor) are available by appointment to assess specific needs, provide referrals and arrange appropriate accommodations (416-978-8060; accessibility.services@utoronto.ca).
Please note that as part of the accommodations process, Accessibility Services normally requires documentation from your healthcare provider. Students are encouraged to have the Certificate of Disability completed as soon as possible, especially in the event of an acute injury or illness. https://studentlife.utoronto.ca/wp-content/uploads/Certificate-of-Disability.pdf
