In this talk, Dr. Stremler will speak about “SOmNI (Sleep Outcomes, mHealth, wearable sensor and Nudging Intervention): a journey from user-centred design to RCT of a mHealth intervention for sleep promotion in adolescents.”

Dr. Stremler is an Associate Professor at the Lawrence Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing. Her research is aimed at improving sleep and related health outcomes for families, with a specific interest in eHealth and mHealth interventions for sleep, wearable sensors for sleep assessment and intervention, and sleep for families and children across a variety of settings.
