How to submit your transcript

Step 1: OUAC 105 or Internal U of T application

External Application: If you are new to the University of Toronto, please complete the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC) 105 Application Form.

Internal Application: If you are currently registered, or have previously been registered at the University of Toronto, please complete the Internal Application. Please note this is an application to the program and not a transfer request.

Applications take 3 to 7 business days for processing. If more than 7 days have passed since your submission and the supplementary application form isn’t available, please contact connect.nursing@utoronto.ca.

Complete Step 1 by January 15, 2024.

Step 2: Supplementary Application

Once you receive your U of T applicant number, complete Step 2:

  • Log into the Join U of T Portal 
  • Submit your Supplementary Application which includes a personal statement, academic history and prerequisite course details
  • Click Bloomberg Nursing Supplementary Application under Required Documents; then click Start New Application on the bottom of the page to begin. A pop-up box will appear, prompting you to create a new Bloomberg Nursing Supplementary Application
  • Click Create Application. An Open Application button will automatically appear, clicking on it will take you to the application
  • Submit a copy of your transcript(s)
  • Submit proof of English facility (if required)
  • Apply for relevant admission awards

NEW: Applications for admission awards for the BScN program are now included as an optional section within the supplementary application form. Prospective students are asked to provide detailed information to help determine eligibility for awards.

After you submit your application

Only complete applications are reviewed by the Admission Committee. Due to the volume of applications, late applications will not be considered.

Admission Timeline

March – June – Applications are reviewed. Offers of admission are issued at different stages from late March until the end of June.

June 30 – deadline for applicants to receive a decision from Bloomberg Nursing

Applicants who have successfully applied via OUAC can access their application via the Join U of T Portal.

  • Verify your contact information
  • Review your documents requested and received
  • View selection decisions and confirm receipt of admission acceptance
