Marie Agnes Smith Scholarship Fund

Awarded to two or more students with outstanding academic achievement in the undergraduate program leading towards a BScN degree. If selected, award will be paid at the start of year two.

Marie Agnes Smith Scholarship Fund (OSOTF II)

Awarded to students with outstanding academic achievement in the undergraduate program leading towards a BScN degree. Students should apply in year one by May 15. If selected, award will be paid at the start of year two. Apply to the Chair, Awards Committee, Lawrence Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing. The students must also demonstrate financial need and reside in the province of Ontario.

Marion Tresidder Barter Scholarship (OSOTF II)

Awarded to a second-year BScN student who has demonstrated an interest in community health nursing through prior work in this area. If selected, award will be paid at the start of year two. Apply to the Chair, Awards Committee, Lawrence Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing. The students must also demonstrate financial need and reside in the province of Ontario.

Awarded to full-time undergraduate student(s) on the basis of financial need and merit. Application open to admitting and in-course students.

Mary Isobel Upson Trust (OSOTF II)

Awarded to four or more students with outstanding achievement in the undergraduate program leading to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. The students must also demonstrate financial need and reside in the province of Ontario. Apply to the Chair, Awards Committee, Lawrence Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing.

Michael and Ruth Kipka-Lemole Bursary

Open to (a) full-time, undergraduate student(s) at the University of Toronto on the basis of financial need in the Lawrence Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing.

Mildred Claire Pratt Undergraduate Nursing Scholarship (OSOTF)

Awarded on the basis of financial need to student(s) who:

  1. Has/Have completed the first year of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in good standing
  2. Has/Have an aptitude for listening as evidenced by demonstration of a) deeply attuned listening skills, and b) attentive listening to clients and colleagues

Monty M. Simmonds Memorial Award

Awarded to a student based on clinical excellence and compassionate care. The student will be in an undergraduate program at the Faculty of Nursing and have demonstrated financial need.

Nancy Coles Blackburn Memorial Award (OSOTF)

Awarded each year to student(s) in the graduating year. Candidates must:

  1. Have financial need;
  2. Have ranked in the upper half of the final year class but not necessarily have carried a full course load; and,
  3. Have demonstrated excellence in community health nursing.

Apply to the Chair, Awards Committee, Lawrence Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing. Students should apply at the end of year two.

Nancy Coles Blackburn Memorial Scholarship

Awarded each year to student(s) in the graduating year. Candidates must:

  • Have ranked in the upper half of the final year class but not necessarily have carried a full course load; and,
  • Have demonstrated excellence in community health nursing.
