Join sleep researcher and post-doctoral fellow Jordana McMurray for a fun and interactive sleep-focused activity. Learn how to improve your sleep habits while expressing what good sleep means to you creatively.

Event Highlights:

Display Your Artwork: All completed pillowcases can be taken home or, with your permission, will be hung on display in the student lounge (or other venue), showcasing your creative interpretations of good sleep and raising awareness about the importance of healthy sleep habits.

Create Your Own Pillowcase: Grab a fabric marker and personalize your very own pillowcase (all supplies provided) by drawing or writing about what good sleep looks like to you. Whether it’s a peaceful night’s rest, your ideal sleep environment, or a favorite bedtime routine—let your creativity shine!

Expert Sleep Tips: Jordana will share strategies to improve your sleep quality, answer common questions, and bust some common sleep myths.
