Women’s Executive Network

Judith Shamian, RN, PhD, FAAN, is past-President of the International Council of Nurses. She is also a Professor at the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing. In November 2009, Dr. Shamian was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women.
