My scholarship is focused on novel approaches to teaching and learning in nursing education.
Sarah Johnston completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at McMaster University and her Masters of Nursing at the University of Toronto in 2007. Sarah is an assistant professor, teaching stream at the Lawrence Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing at the University of Toronto where she is involved in undergraduate nursing education and simulation development and facilitation. Sarah has practiced nursing for many years primarily in the acute adult surgical population and is experienced in clinical teaching. Sarah has presented on the use of simulation in nursing education at numerous conferences and expositions.
