She introduced me to various potential post-doctoral supervisors and assisted me in choosing not only a program and supervisor, but also supported my successful application for national funding. Her belief in my abilities at times exceeded my own and has helped me grow more confident as an emerging researcher in the area of nursing health systems.” Both within and outside of her role as Associate Dean of Research, nominators noted that Dr. McGillis Hall is committed to building capacity and supporting success among a new generation of nurse scientists.
