The Master of Nursing (MN), Health Systems Leadership and Administration (HSLA) program is designed to prepare nurses for formal leadership roles in health care systems in Canada and internationally with courses focused on leadership and management theories, organizational design, policy frameworks, and program planning and evaluation to enhance your future leadership and administrative practice.
The Doctor of Nursing (DN) program provides a formal academic credential to those who want a competitive edge in their nursing career. Courses are focused on applying research knowledge in decision-making, and the implementation of clinical innovations, to make an impact on health care systems, improving care delivery and advancing nurse education & scholarship.
Both our Master of Nursing, Health System Leadership & Administration and Doctor of Nursing programs, are accredited by the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) as part of their LEADS certification. Students in these programs have an opportunity to obtain their Certified Health Executive (CHE) designation while completing their studies.

- Mid-B/ 75 per cent academic standing in last two years of a BScN program
- RN registration with the CNO or equivalent
- 3900 hours of clinical RN practice prior to the start of the program
