Join the Nursing Undergraduate Society and the Graduate Nurses’ Student Society in welcoming Dr. Claudette Holloway and Suzanne M. Charles Watson for our first zoom session around Health Equity and Black Leadership through COVID-19. The Canadian Black community has been disproportionately affected by the pandemic. Listen in on our session as Dr. Holloway and Suzanne share their experiences as Black healthcare leaders in the pandemic.

Dr. Claudette Holloway is the executive director of the Jamaican Canadian Association of Nurses (JCAN). She also holds the title of president-elect of the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario.

Suzanne M. Charles Watson is an experienced inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA) research strategist who’s living and working to champion human rights and social justice.
