Dr. Lindsay Jibb, RN, PhD, Assistant Professor at Bloomberg Nursing will talk about “Minimizing pain in pediatric cancer: technology-based methods for assessment and management in a family-oriented way.”

Dr. Jibb, RN, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Lawrence Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, and holds the Signy Hildur Eaton Chair in Pediatric Nursing Research at the Hospital for Sick Children and the University of Toronto. Her research aims to enhance the quality of life and improve psychosocial care for children, adolescent and young adults with cancer and their families. She is particularly interested in interventions to empower and support the health of family caregivers of children with cancer, and user-centered development and evaluation of digital health technologies for symptom management.
