Undergraduate Program Post-Graduation Survey
Congratulations on successfully completing your BScN degree at the University of Toronto within the past year! The overall objective of the two-year second entry BScN program at the University of Toronto is to prepare candidates to meet the challenges of the health care system of the future. As part of our quality assurance program, we would like to receive feedback from you on your perceptions about your achievement of the stated program objectives. Your feedback will be used to further improve our program and may be aggregated with others’ feedback to include in our accreditation / program review reports.
We would like to ask you a few questions related to your professional experiences since completing your undergraduate degree. This survey will take approximately 8-10 minutes to complete. The survey must be completed in one sitting as a partially completed survey cannot be saved for you to finish at a later time.
Please know that your individual responses will be kept confidential. Your responses will be aggregated and summarized with responses from other graduates.
There are 9 questions in the survey: the first 6 questions ask about your achievement of specific undergraduate nursing program objectives, one question asks about your current employment status and requirements for a BScN education, one question invites you to add any comments about the quality of your undergraduate nursing education program, and the final question asks if you would consent to allowing us to contact you again in about a two year time period (and if so, what is your preferred email address).
Please indicate the level to which you feel you have achieved each of the following program objectives within these first 6-12 months after completion of the program. Response options are:
