CAMH Chair in Mental Health Nursing Research
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing Chair in Mental Health Nursing Research will develop a new and innovative program of research in mental health nursing, the goal of which is to increase awareness, dialogue and new knowledge in the field of mental health nursing and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
Dr. Kristin Cleverley, Assistant Professor, has been appointed to the chair, beginning on July 1, 2015. Dr. Cleverley is particularly interested in youth with mental illness, and she seeks to understand the enablers and barriers youth with mental illness face as they transition into adulthood. She has outstanding clinical expertise, having worked extensively with children and youth with mental illness.
