Bloomberg Nursing rarely slows down and there are many who keep the Faculty running smoothly on a daily basis. In recognition of this commitment to student and Faculty excellence, the annual Deans Award for Staff Excellence winners were announced in early November.
Stephanie Allard currently holds the role of Executive Administrator, Office of the Associate Dean Academic. She has a background in Student Affairs, working both in Residence Life and Accessibility Services. She is currently pursuing an MEd in Leadership and Policy at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. She is passionate about integrity and leadership and is proud to be part of the University of Toronto and Faculty of Nursing communities. In the role of Executive Administrator, Stephanie acts as an Executive Assistant to Associate Dean Academic, Ann Tourangeau. She supports the TA hiring process and accreditation processes at the Faculty of Nursing.
Terry Yuen is our current Nurse Practitioner Program Assistant. He is responsible for the administration and coordination of the program and its 200+ NP students and faculty members. A University of Toronto alum, Terry began his career at the University in 2007 as a part time staff member at the School of Graduate Studies PhD office. Through his work, Terry works diligently to provide the best support he can for our NP students. He firmly believes that every student can succeed given the right direction and support, and that belief is reflected in the work he does and in the support he provides to our students and faculty.
