Congratulations to Bloomberg Nursing master’s student Alexandra Harris, recipient of the Canadian Nurses Foundation Scholarship. Alexandra is in her second year of the MN/MHSc (Health Administration) program. She’s also an RN in Toronto Western Hospital’s emergency room and a research assistant for Dr. Linda McGillis Hall, Bloomberg Nursing associate dean of research and external relations.
To receive the award, the candidate must be enrolled in a nursing sciences program. The Canadian Nurses Foundation (CNF) supports world-class Canadian health care by raising funds to advance nursing knowledge and research, and by recognizing professional excellence in Canada’s nurses. Through partnerships with organizations and individuals, CNF raises funds to provide grants, awards and scholarships to Canadian nurses and nursing students.
