M July 25-28 Summer residency week for NP students
T July 26 Fall/winter course enrolment begins
M August 1 Civic Holiday, University closed
F August 19 Deadline for the receipt of applications for MN degree to be conferred at fall convocation
F August 26 Last date for payment of tuition fees to meet registration deadline
W August 31 Health forms due for new MN students
M September 5 Labour Day
T September 6 SGS Orientation (AM)
September TBD Department of Nursing Science Orientation
Th September 8 Mask fitting day
M September 12 Graduate nursing courses begin
Th September 15 Final date to submit Ph.D. theses to SGS to avoid fee charges for 2011-12
F September 16 Registration for September session ends; after this date, a late registration fee will be assessed
W September 21 Summer Session grades available for viewing by students on the Student Web Service
M September 26 Final date to add fall session courses (nursing courses only)
F September 30 Final date to submit final Ph.D. thesis (to SGS) for Fall Convocation
M October 10 Thanksgiving Day
M October 31 Final date to drop September session full or half courses without academic penalty
T November 8 Fall Convocation
F December 2 Deadline for the receipt of applications for MN degree to be conferred at the March (in absentia) convocation
Th December 8 Fall courses end
W December 21 Winter break begins
2012
M January 9 Winter graduate nursing courses begin
M January 16 Final date to submit Ph.D. theses (to SGS) without fee payment for January session
W January 18 September Session grades available for viewing by students on the Student Web Service
M January 23 Final date to add winter courses (nursing courses only)
M February 20 Family Day (University closed)
M February 20 Reading week begins for one week
M February 27 Final date to drop full-year or January session courses without academic penalty
F March 2 Deadline for the receipt of applications for MN degree to be conferred at the June convocation
March March Graduation In absentia Information is posted at: www.convocation.utoronto.ca, choose March in absentia
