|
Considered to be one of the most prestigious awards in the country, the CIHR New Investigator Award supports researchers in the early stages of their career who have shown promise as independent investigators by providing assistance for them in establishing their program of research. This program provides opportunities for new investigators who are within the first 5 years of the beginning of their independent research career, to develop and demonstrate their independence in initiating and conducting health research. Bloomberg faculty have consistently held these esteemed awards since their inception in 2002. |
