Accepting the Offer of AdmissionCongratulations, you have been offered admission! In your admission package you will find a form entitled "Deposit Form".
To accept the Offer of Admission:
1) Review the information on the Deposit Form (are the degree, start date, etc. correct?). If you have any questions about the information, email connect.nursing@utoronto.ca.
2) Sign and date the Deposit Form.
3) Fax a copy of the Deposit Form to the Bloomberg Faculty at 416-978-8222.
4) Send a copy of the Deposit Form along with your $500 non-refundable deposit to Student Accounts, University of Toronto, 215 Huron Street, 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON, M5S 1A2. The deposit (certified cheque or money order in Canadian funds) should be made payable to the University of Toronto. Your deposit will be applied to your first term tuition.
To confirm receipt of Deposit Form and deposit:
The Bloomberg Faculty will send you an email to confirm receipt of your Deposit Form at the Faculty.
Students should check their account on ROSI to ensure receipt of the $500 deposit by Student Accounts.
