All newly admitted students are required to complete Health Status Forms and medical test results before entering the BScN program. In order to comply with the Public Hospitals Act, other legislation, and to meet the requirements of the students’ nursing practice placement settings, the Health Status Forms must be completed in its entirety. Failure to do so can jeopardize your entry to the BScN Program. Full details on Mandatory Health Status Forms will be sent to newly admitted students via email. |
