On May 4, 2015, Bloomberg Nursing welcomed experts from Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, the Canadian Nurses Association, and the American Nurses Credentialing Center Magnet Commission to participate in a panel discussion entitled “Magnet Nursing: Celebrating Canada’s Nursing Excellence.” More than 100 nurses joined us at the Faculty and via webcast to participate in this discussion celebrating Mount Sinai’s recent designation as Canada’s first Magnet Nursing hospital, and how Magnet designation serves to advance the nursing profession across the country.
