CNO leader receives U of T recognition of commitment to Faculty

Congratulations to Anne Coghlan, recipient of the University of Toronto Long Service Award. The honour is in recognition of completing 25 years of continuous service with the University.

Coghlan is the executive director and CEO of the College of Nurses of Ontario, the regulatory body for registered nurses and registered practical nurses in the province. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience in varied professional practice, management, regulatory and educational roles.

Having obtained both her baccalaureate and Master of Science in Nursing from U of T, she currently holds an appointment as adjunct professor at Bloomberg Nursing.

The 25 Year Club at U of T was established in 1989.  In 2007, the University also began honouring faculty/staff who completed 35 and 40 years of continuous service. Coghlan joins more than 4,300 faculty/staff who are members of the 25 Year Club.
