The HPE 2009 Organizing Committee is proud to host a dinner to celebrate the launch of the HPE Conference Series. The event will be held in Bailie Court, located in the newly renovated Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) on the evening of Friday, May 22, 2009. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
The evening will begin with a keynote address by Dr. Roger Kneebone of the Imperial College London. A live three-piece jazz ensemble will set the ambiance during the three-course meal with open-bar.
- The HPE 2009 Dinner is included with the full conference registration upon RSVP by May 10, 2009, on a first come, first serve basis. Full conference registrants are welcome to invite a dinner guest at an additional cost of $50.00 CAD.

- The Bailie Court can host up to 150 participants.
- For one-day registrants, non-conference registrants, and guests of conference attendees there is a $50.00 CAD fee to attend the HPE 2009 Dinner event, which will guarantee entrance.

- On-site registration and Cocktail Reception will commence in the Great Hall located in Hart House on Thursday evening, May 21, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The HPE 2009 Conference will run from Friday, May 22 to Saturday, May 23, 2009.
