HOW TO APPLY

Access the Exhibitors Agreement, review and fill out the form and email the completed document to cner.nursing@utoronto.ca. Exhibition requests will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Exhibitors fees:

Commercial exhibition: $2,000

Not-for-profit organization space: $450

Health professionals schools/departments space: $250

Insertion of flyer into conference package: $400

ELIGIBILITY

Exhibitors typically include:

Manufacturers & suppliers of teaching aids including simulators, PDAs, e-learning packages;

Publishers of nursing and medical science textbooks and journals;

Pharmaceutical companies wishing to promote healthcare educational activities;

Institutions and companies offering services in health professions education;

Institutions responsible for administration or regulation in the healthcare professions.

EXHIBITIION TIMES:
Friday, May 22, 2009 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Day 1: Exhibitors are asked to come at 8:00 a.m. to set-up their booths.

Saturday, May 23, 2009 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Day 2: Exhibition closes at 5:00 p.m.

OTHER PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES
